Immigration Case Evaluation Service

1. Purpose of the Service

This website offers a preliminary evaluation of immigration cases in order to determine whether the user may qualify for any immigration benefit or alternative.

This service is for informational and initial-evaluation purposes only.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

By using this service, you acknowledge that:

• NO attorney-client relationship is being created
• No legal representation is being provided at this stage
• No legal services begin unless and until a written agreement is signed with a licensed attorney

3. Payment Terms

• The initial evaluation fee is $199 USD
• If your case qualifies for an advanced evaluation or possible legal process, an additional payment of $400 USD will be required
• Total evaluation process cost: $599 USD

All payments must be made in advance before continuing to each stage.

4. Refund Policy

• The initial $199 USD fee is NOT refundable, as it covers preliminary analysis and administrative expenses
• If your case does not qualify, you will not be charged any additional amount
• If your case qualifies but you decide not to continue, no refund will be issued

5. No Guarantee of Results

You understand and agree that:

• This evaluation does NOT guarantee approval of any immigration benefit
• Results depend on government decisions
• Past results do not guarantee future results

6. User Responsibility

You agree that:

• All information provided must be truthful, complete, and accurate
• Providing false information may result in immediate cancellation of the process and no right to a refund

7. Case Selection

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any case at our discretion
• Determine whether a case meets the criteria to continue

8. Third-Party Attorneys

• If your case qualifies, it may be referred to a licensed immigration attorney
• Any legal services will be provided under a separate contract with that attorney

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Submitting information does NOT create attorney-client privilege
• Your information may be shared with affiliated professionals for evaluation

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for immigration decisions, delays, or denials
• You use this service at your own risk

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

• You agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first
• Any dispute must be resolved directly with our team

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
